She brings a unique combination of traditional psychotherapy, creative therapeutic approaches, and extensive academic and clinical experience to her work with adolescents and adults.

Dina believes that meaningful therapy begins with genuine connection. Her approach is warm, compassionate, and empowering, creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their emotions, relationships, experiences, and personal goals without judgment. She works collaboratively with each individual to develop greater insight, emotional awareness, resilience, and lasting positive change.

Her clinical experience includes working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, relationship concerns, family issues, substance use, eating disorders, life transitions, and women's mental health. She also provides couples therapy and works with clients navigating chronic health conditions and other complex life circumstances.

As a registered art therapist, Dina offers an integrative approach that may incorporate creative expression when appropriate. Art therapy can provide another avenue for exploring experiences and emotions that may be difficult to communicate through words alone. Dina's academic background is extensive. She earned her doctoral degree from Florida State University and has held clinical and teaching positions at both Florida State University and the University of North Florida. At UNF, she served as a Mental Health Counselor and Coordinator of Art Therapy Services and later as a Visiting Clinical Assistant Professor. Her professional background also includes private practice, clinical supervision, and university-level teaching and training.

At Tailored Care Solutions, Dina is committed to helping clients move beyond simply managing symptoms toward developing greater self-understanding, healthier relationships, and a more fulfilling life. Her goal is to meet each person where they are and provide thoughtful, individualized care that supports meaningful and sustainable growth.
